Investor Loan Services has handled my client’s loan servicing for years. Every January we receive a set of reports from ILS detailing all the financial information we need to complete our client’s tax returns. There reports balance and account for every dollar during the period. The detail of the reports saves accounting time which saves my client money.

Company and Management
Investor Loan Services, Inc. began operations in 1998 and is located in central Cameron County, in the city of San Benito, Texas. Company President, Michael Scaief, started the company after leaving First Valley Bank as a Senior Vice President in Management. Michael began his banking career after graduating from the University of Texas at Austin in 1986. He was with the bank for 12 years serving in many capacities involving lending and management. Michael’s past professional experience focused on finance, lending, bank regulation, real estate and management.
