Investor Loan Services Personnel

The staff of Investor Loan Services, Inc. is its greatest strength. With trained individuals to handle customer service needs and inquiries in a proven and professional way, clients and customers are given personal care and attention and can be assisted in both English and Spanish.

	Michael Scaief – President With more than 20 years of combined experience in banking, finance, real estate and development, Michael brings great skill and insight to the functions of the company. Michael began his career in finance after graduating from the University of Texas at Austin in 1986. He spent the first half of his career in banking, serving in many capacities from lending to management. Then in 1998, after leaving his position as Senior Vice President in Management with First Valley Bank, he started Investor Loan Services, Inc.
	Nellie Woodward – Audit and Compliance Officer Interpersonal skills, coupled with 20 years of professional expertise in finance, management, training, marketing and retail make Nellie a vital part of ILS. Nellie is responsible for the continual update of and training on company policies and procedures. She performs audits of various functions and records, including custodial records held on behalf of lenders, to ensure optimum performance and compliance and assists in the general management of the company.
	Tammi Boultinghouse – Administrative Assistant/Accounting Manager Tammi has been employed with Investor Loan Services, Inc. for over 4 years, performing functions in the areas of human resources, benefits, accounts payable/receivables and taxes. Primarily, Tammi serves as Project Manager to the President of Investor Loan Services, Inc., but also assists in all departments.
	Connie Gonzales – Sales Manager Connie brings more than 20 years banking expertise to Investor Loan Services, Inc. Connie provides subdivision information to customers, including availability and price. She then assists customers with lot reservations and with closing documentation. These services are provided only on behalf of business partners. Many customers have expressed their satisfaction with the sales and closing transaction and often refer other customers to Connie.
	Terri Gomez – Loan Servicing As one of the newest members of our staff, Terri has hit the ground running. She is highly proficient in resolving loan servicing issues and her attention to detail is a great asset in Loan Servicing. Terri audits and activates new loans while maintaining the integrity of the loan servicing system through file maintenance, flags, notes and tickler events. She also administers and updates bankruptcy filings, handles the set-up and servicing for all escrow accounts and transmits the ACH semi-monthly disbursements to our Investors. Investors can count on up-to-date information on their borrower’s accounts thanks to Terri’s accuracy and attention to detail.
	Mayra Camacho – Customer Service Representative With more than 10 years banking and customer service experience, Mayra provides a fresh and enlightening perspective to our business. Mayra is pleasant and courteous to customers as she accommodates their needs. Her duties include accepting payments received in person, via mail and through the drop box, providing general information, and assisting in daily loan servicing tasks.
	Diana Munoz – Customer Service/Sales Representative As a new team member, Diana has made an impression on all our staff and clients. Diana has impeccable phone etiquette and is eager to assist our customers’ questions and inquiries. Diana prepares coupon books and welcome packets for all new customers. In addition, she addresses payoff requests, verification of mortgages and other account inquires. Diana is eager to provide information on available properties to interested and potential buyers, as well as provide our Investors with current and accurate account information.
	Robyn Hoff – Loan Servicing Associate Robyn’s bubbly personality and friendly demeanor make for an enjoyable work environment. Although her job duties allow limited direct involvement with customers, she contributes greatly to the loan servicing functions at Investor Loan Services, Inc. Robyn assists the Loan Servicing Department as needed and provides a warm smile, as she makes herself available to the staff.
