Automatic payment through bill pay services can be set up using most online banking programs. Please contact your bank for information regarding their online banking services. Please be sure to provide your bank with your Investor Loan Services, Inc. account number so that it will be listed on the payment.

- Please call us at (956)399-1199 if you would like to request a replacement coupon book. A replacement coupon book can be provided for a processing fee.
I have not received my coupon book. Do I still make my monthly payment?
Investor Loan Services provides a coupon book for your convenience. However, it is your responsibility to make every payment even if you have not received your coupon book.
A replacement coupon book can be provided for a processing fee. Please call us at (956)399-1199 if you would like to request a replacement coupon book. If it is your first payment, and you received a temporary payment coupon at closing, please use the temporary coupon to make your payment.
Will you accept less than the total amount due?
We do not accept partial payments. Partial payments will be returned.

I needed working capital for a new project, Investor Loan Services provided all the necessary reports to my lender.
