Our tiered loan servicing pricing structure enables us to meet your needs whether you have 10 notes or hundreds of notes. Our pricing structure is made up of the following factors:
| Initial Conversion Cost | One time fee based on initial number and type of notes to be converted |
| Monthly Loan Servicing Cost (per payment) | Based on number of notes |
| Escrow for Taxes | Additional cost per payment |
| Escrow for Insurance | Additional cost per payment |
| Mortgage Loan Servicing Cost | % of outstanding balance or the minimum fee whichever is greater, based on the number and average size of the notes. This option includes escrow services. |
| New Loan Set-Up (after initial conversion) | Fixed Cost per Note |
Additional services such as Professional, Legal, Sales, Custodial and Safekeeping are available under a separate pricing structure.
