Michael Scaief – Chairman
With more than 20 years of combined experience in banking, finance, real estate and development, Michael brings great skill and insight to the functions of the company. Michael began his career in finance after graduating from the University of Texas at Austin in 1986. He spent the first half of his career in banking, serving in many capacities from lending to management. Then in 1998, after leaving his position as Senior Vice President in Management with First Valley Bank, he started Investor Loan Services, Inc. In addition to his duties at the company, Michael serves as one of four founding organizers and Chairman of the Board of Texas Regional Bank, a Texas banking company serving the Rio Grande Valley of Texas.

Nellie Woodward – President
As a 1991 graduate of the University of Texas Pan American and with over 20 years of professional expertise in banking, finance, management, training, marketing and retail, Nellie joined Investor Loan Services in 2006 as Audit and Compliance Officer. Nellie’s role with Investor Loan Services quickly expanded from policy and procedure development/management to personnel management to the general management of the company to her current position as President thus making ILS well equipped to continue the vision for growth in services and market area as well as the commitment to Investor clients and their borrowers.

Terri Gomez – Loan Servicing Manager
With over 11 years of Loan Servicing experience, Terri is highly qualified to supervise the day to day loan servicing operations. She is highly proficient and her attention to detail is one of her greatest assets. Terri audits the activation of new loans and maintains the integrity of the loan servicing system through audit, file maintenance, flags and memos. She administers and updates bankruptcy filings, processes the ACH semi-monthly disbursements to our Investors and reconciles our Investor remittance reports to ensure accurate year end reporting. Terri also assists in the accounting aspect of the business and works hard to maintain integrity in this area.

Norma Saenz – Loan Servicing Specialist
Norma’s extensive background in the insurance industry makes her a valuable asset to our team and makes her highly capable of operating the escrow part of our business. Norma activates new loans, is responsible for the servicing of our escrow accounts, serves as our primary Investor contact, assists with the ACH semi-monthly disbursements to our Investors and assists the Loan Servicing Manager in the day to day loan servicing operations.

Connie Gonzales – Sales
Connie brings more than 20 years banking expertise to Investor Loan Services, Inc. Connie provides subdivision information to customers and lot availability information. She then assists with lot reservations and closing documentation. These services are provided only on behalf of business partners. Many customers have expressed their satisfaction with the sales and closing transaction and often refer other customers to Investor Loan Services. Connie is also cross-trained in our loan servicing functions and serves as a backup to our customer service area making her an important part of our team.

Laura Matamoros – Customer Service Representative
With more than 9 years of banking and customer service experience, Laura serves as our primary customer contact. Laura serves our customers with a smile as she focuses on accommodating their needs. Her duties include accepting payments, preparing payment coupon books and welcome packets for new customers, processing payoff requests and verification of mortgages, providing general account information, completing the daily cash balancing and assisting in a multitude of other loan servicing tasks. Laura also attends the University of Texas Brownsville as she continues her education.
Vista Management focuses on providing support for affiliated companies dealing with subdivision development and construction, banking, agriculture, aviation and a variety of other business interests.

Debby Finch – Administrative Assistant/Project Coordinator
Debby’s extensive title company background, project management skills and her ability to multi-task and manage multiple duties makes her an integral part of our team. Debby’s flexibility and willing attitude is a huge asset. Debby is responsible for the accounting functions for our affiliated companies, maintains property tax records, serves as executive administrative assistant, processes payroll, assists in the project management function, serves as corporate secretary for all affiliated companies and supports management in a variety of other areas.
