Payoff requests can be calculated up to 30 days in advance. There is a fee for processing payoff requests after the first request per account.
If you need the payoff faxed to a title company, financial institution, attorney, or other party, we will require written authorization from you permitting us to release that information to that party.

Any documents sent to a third party require written authorization to ensure that your privacy is protected. There is a fee for processing payoff requests after the first request per account.
How long is the payoff amount good for? TOP
A payoff amount can only be dated up to 30 days from the date of request. However, you should contact us for an update on the actual date the payoff is to be received by our office.
Do I have to call and confirm the amount before sending funds? TOP
Payoff amounts change on a daily basis and, therefore, it is most likely that the amount initially quoted to you has changed.
Please contact Customer Service to verify the payoff amount before sending payoff funds. The payoff amount should be verified the day the funds are to be received.
How do I request a verification of mortgage? TOP
Contact our Customer Service Department at (956)399-1199, Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST.
There is a processing fee for a verification of mortgage (VOM). Your written authorization is also required before we will send a VOM to a mortgage or financial institution.
How long does it take to receive a payoff amount or verification of

Generally, it takes 1 to 2 business days to process a payoff request.
My financial institution wants to wire my payoff. How do they do this? TOP
Call us at (956) 399-1199 and we will provide you with wiring instructions. Applicable fees will be assessed.
